«أحلت لنا ميتتان ودمان فأما الميتتان: فالحوت والجراد وأما الدمان: فالكبد والطحال»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Two kinds of dead animals and two kinds of blood have been made lawful for us. As for the two dead animals, they are fish and locusts, and as for the two bloods, they are the liver and the spleen."
