The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I know that you love to pray following me, but your praying in your house is better for you than praying in the outer room, and your praying in the outer room is better for you than praying in the courtyard, and your praying in the courtyard is better than praying in the mosque of your people, and your praying in the mosque of your people is better than praying in my mosque. The narrator says: Sayyidah Umm Humayd (may Allah be pleased with her) gave instructions, and a place for prayer was set aside for her in the innermost and darkest part of the house, and she used to pray in that place until she went into the presence of Allah Almighty.
Imam Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except for Abdullah bin Suwayd al-Ansari; Ibn Hibban declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
