Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and some of his Companions passed by, and there was a child on the road. When his mother saw the people coming, she feared that the child might be trampled underfoot. She came running, saying: "My child, my child!" and she ran up and took hold of the child. The people said: "O Messenger of Allah, this woman would never throw her child into the fire!" The narrator says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked towards them and said: "Allah Almighty too will not throw His beloved servants into the Fire."
Ahmad recorded it, al-Bazzar recorded something similar, and Abu Ya'la recorded it; their narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) says: Some captives were brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: He then mentioned the whole hadith, in which further on are these words: "It reached me that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was travelling during one of his military expeditions. Meanwhile, one of his Companions caught a bird's chick. One of the chick's parents came and settled on the hand of the one who had caught the chick. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Are you not amazed at this bird? Its chick was caught, so it came and settled on the hand (of the one who caught its chick). By Allah, Allah Almighty is more merciful to His creation than this bird is to its chick.'"
Al-Bazzar recorded it through two routes, and the narrators of one of them are the narrators of the Sahih.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Some people will remain in Hell for as long as Allah wills them to remain in it. Then Allah Almighty will have mercy on them and bring them out of it (Hell). They will be in the lowest part of Paradise, and they will bathe in a river called "al-Hayawan". (In Paradise) the people of Paradise will call them "the Jahannamis" (the people of Hell). (And the state of those who come out of Hell into Paradise will be) such that if one of them were to host all the people of Paradise, provide them with beds, feed them, give them to drink and provide them with coverings (the narrator says: I think the narration also has these words) and marry them off, even then there would be no decrease in it (the blessings this person who came from Hell into Paradise receives in Paradise)."
Ahmad and Abu Ya'la recorded it, and the narrators of both are the narrators of the Sahih, except Ata' bin al-Sa'ib; he is thiqah (trustworthy), but he suffered from confusion (ikhtilat) in his memory.

Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), both of them, narrate that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When it is the Day of Resurrection and Allah Almighty has finished judging the creation, two men will remain. They will be ordered to be taken to Hell. One of them will turn to look back, and the Lord will say: 'Bring him back!' The angels will bring him back, and the Lord will ask him: 'Why did you turn to look back?' He will say: 'I was hoping that You would admit me into Paradise.' The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then he will be ordered to be taken to Paradise (and in Paradise he will be granted so many blessings that) that man will say: 'Allah Almighty has given me so much that if I were to feed all the people of Paradise, there would be no decrease in what I have.'" The narrator says: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned this hadith, joy would appear on his (peace and blessings be upon him) face.

Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Haydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, Allah Almighty created one hundred mercies. (Of these) one mercy is among His creation, through which they show mercy to one another, and ninety-nine mercies He has kept in store for His friends."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Mukhayyis bin Tamim, and he is majhul (unknown); the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Our Lord divided His mercy into one hundred parts and sent down one part of them to the earth. Because of it, people, birds and animals show mercy to one another. The remaining ninety-nine mercies (that is, the remaining ninety-nine parts of mercy) are with the Lord, and they are for His servants on the Day of Resurrection."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. The narrator Ishaq bin Yahya did not meet Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him); the remaining narrators of this narration are the narrators of the Sahih, except Ishaq bin Yahya.
