Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 18566

Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Haydah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Indeed, Allah Almighty created one hundred mercies. (Of these) one mercy is among His creation, through which they show mercy to one another, and ninety-nine mercies He has kept in store for His friends."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Mukhayyis bin Tamim, and he is majhul (unknown); the remaining narrators of this narration are thiqat (trustworthy).
