Hadith Takhrij«اخرجه الطبراني فى المعجم الكبير (54)»
Hassan narrates: Abu Hashim bin Utbah had a moustache that he could take back to his nape. I said to him: "What is the matter with your moustache, when the instruction has been reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that moustaches should be kept short?" He replied: "I had kept my moustache short. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed his blessed hand over the place of the moustache and said: 'When did you trim your moustache?' I said: 'Just a little while ago.' The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Now do not trim it until you meet me.' Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away before he could meet me, so I will not trim it until I go and meet him."
