وَعَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ الْيَمَانِيِّ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " قُصُّوا الشَّارِبَ مَعَ الشِّفَاهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyiduna al-Hakam bin Umayr al-Yamani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Keep the moustache short, level with the lips."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Isa bin Ibrahim bin Tahman, who is matruk (abandoned).
