وَعَنْ أُمِّ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يُحْفِي شَارِبَهُ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ رَوْحٍ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .

Sayyidah Umm Ayyash (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to keep his moustache trimmed short.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Karim bin Rawh, who is matruk (abandoned).
