Hisham narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by Duba'ah bint al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: "Do you not intend to perform Hajj?" She said: I am ill. He said: "Perform Hajj and stipulate that my place of leaving ihram is wherever You hold me back."
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said in Kitab al-Manasik: If the hadith of Urwah from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the stipulation were established, I would not go beyond it to anything else, because in my view it is not permissible to oppose what is established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
The Shaykh said: This hadith has been established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through several routes; as for the hadith of Ibn Uyaynah from Hisham, it has also been narrated with a connected chain (mawsul).
