Bayhaqi 10105 — Making an exception (stipulation) in Hajj

Urwah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went in to Duba'ah bint al-Zubayr bin Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with her). She said: I intend to perform Hajj, but I am ill. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform Hajj and stipulate that my place of leaving ihram will be wherever You hold me back."
