وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ، أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، وَعِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتَ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنْ تَشْتَرِطَ فِي الْحَجِّ فَفَعَلَتْ ذَلِكَ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيِّ.
Sa'id bin Jubayr and Ikrimah narrate from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Duba'ah bint al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her) to make a stipulation in Hajj, and she did so by the order of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).
