Hadith Beginning with the Letter Kaf (ك)

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would have himself cupped on his head and would call it 'Umm Mughith'."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would speak so deliberately, pausing between his words, that if someone wished to count them, he could count them."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would swear this oath: No, by the Turner of hearts (Allah)!"

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would carry Zamzam water with him."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to the Eid prayer ground on foot and return on foot."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would go to the two Eids on foot, pray without the adhan or the iqamah, and then return on foot by another route."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would go out on the two Eids raising his voice with the tahlil and takbir."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would deliver the sermon every Friday with Surah Qaf."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would deliver the sermon standing, sit between the two sermons, recite verses, and admonish the people."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would sew his own clothes, mend his own shoes, and do the work that men do in their homes."

"Dawn would sometimes come upon he (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah) because of his wife; then he would take a ritual bath (ghusl) and fast."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would be invited even to barley bread and stale fat."

It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"At times of distress, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would supplicate: 'La ilaha illallahul-'Azimul-Halim, la ilaha illallahu Rabbul-'Arshil-'Azim, la ilaha illallahu Rabbus-samawatis-sab'i wa Rabbul-ardi wa Rabbul-'Arshil-Karim' (There is no true deity except Allah, the Mighty, the Forbearing; there is no true deity except Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne; there is no true deity except Allah, the Lord of the seven heavens, the Lord of the earth, and the Lord of the Noble Throne)."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would visit all his wives in turn within a single hour of the night and day."

"Sweet water would be brought for him (peace and blessings be upon him) from the houses of as-Suqya; in one narration: sweet water would be fetched for him from the well of as-Suqya."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would seek forgiveness for the front row three times and for the second row once."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would wipe semen off his garment with a stalk of idhkhir grass and then pray in it, and when it was dry he would scrape it off and then pray in it."

"It distressed him (peace and blessings be upon him) that any unpleasant odour should be perceived from him."

"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would drink water in three breaths, saying Bismillah at the beginning and Alhamdulillah at the end."
