Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Husayn bin Umar al-Ahmasi, whom al-Ijli declared thiqah (trustworthy) and whom the majority declared da'if (weak). The remaining narrators of this report are the narrators of the Sahih.

Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains narrators whom I do not know. Earlier, in the Book of Jihad,
the report has passed that the disbelievers will be expelled from the Arabian Peninsula.

Sayyidah Khawlah bint Hakim (may Allah be pleased with her) states: the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out carrying his two grandsons (his daughter's sons) in his arms, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Allah! You (that is, a man's children) make one cowardly and miserly; yet you are among the fragrant flowers granted by Allah Almighty. And indeed the last trampling that Allah Almighty carried out was at the place 'Wajj'." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say:
Al-Tirmidhi recorded this report, but he did not mention "Wajj" in it.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it, but they recorded these words: "That was the last trampling carried out by the Lord of all the worlds." Sufyan, a narrator, says: The last military expedition (ghazwah) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) undertook was the expedition of Ta'if. A poet said: "I will trample you the way a wounded one tramples." The narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy), except that, to my knowledge, the narrator Umar bin Abd al-Aziz did not hear from Sayyidah Khawlah (may Allah be pleased with her).

Sayyiduna Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) states: Once Sayyiduna Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) (who were children at the time) came running towards the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) held them both close to himself and said: "Children make (a man) miserly and cowardly. And the last trampling that Allah Almighty carried out was at the place 'Wajj'."
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Ibn Majah recorded this report, but he did not mention "Wajj".
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it, but they recorded these words: "That last trampling which the Lord of all the worlds carried out." The narrators of both reports are thiqat (trustworthy).
