13 أنواع الشُّهَدَاءِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَدَرَجَاتِهِمْ بِاعْتِبَارِ نِيَّاتِهِمْTypes of Martyrs in the Path of Allah and Their Ranks According to Their Intentions

18 بَابُ لُزُوْمِ طَاعَةِ الْجَيْشِ لَا مِيْرِهِمْ مَا لَمْ يَأْمُرُهُمْ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ وَكَرَاهَةِ تَفَرُّقِهِمْ عِنْدَ النُّزُولِChapter on the Necessity of the Army's Obedience to Their Commander as Long as He Does Not Command Disobedience, and the Dislike of Their Dispersal When Encamped

27 بَابُ جَوَازِ تَبِيْتِ الْكُفَّارِ وَإِنْ أَدَّى إِلَى قَتْلِ ذُرَارِيهِمْ تَبَعًاChapter on the Permissibility of Attacking the Disbelievers at Night Even if It Leads to Killing Their Women and Children Incidentally

32 بَابُ حَلْ الْغَنِيمَةِ مِنْ خَصُوصِيَاتِهِ صلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وسَلمَ وَأُمَّتِهِ وَذِكْرِ أَحْكَامِ تَتَعَلَّقُ بِالْغَنِيمَةِ قَبْلَ قِسْمَتِهَاChapter on the Lawfulness of War Booty as a Distinction for the Prophet (peace be upon him) and His Ummah, and Mention of Rulings Related to Booty Before Its Division
33 بَابُ سَبَبِ نُزُولِ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: «يَسْتَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْإِنْفَالِ»Chapter on the Reason for the Revelation of Allah's Saying: "They ask you about the spoils (al-Anfal)"
34 وَتَقْسِيمِ الْغَنِيمَةِ عَلَى السَّوَاءِ بَيْنَ كُلِّ عَامِل عَمِلَ فِي الْمَوْقِعَةِ قَدْرَ جُهْـدِہِAnd the Equal Division of Booty Among All Who Participated in the Battle According to Their Effort
35 بَابُ فَرْضِ حُمُسِ الْغَنِيمَةِ لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُوْلِهِ مَا جَاءَ فِي تَقْسِيمِهِChapter on the Obligation of One-Fifth of the Booty for Allah and His Messenger and How It Is Divided
36 باب مَا جَاءَ فِي الصَّفِيِّ الَّذِي كَانَ لِرَسُوْلِ الله صلَّى اللهُ عَليهِ وسَلمَChapter on What Has Been Reported Regarding the Special Share (al-Safiy) for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)
37 بَابُ تَقْسِيمِ أَرْبَعَةِ أَحْمَاسِ الْغَيْمَةِ وَمَا يُعْطَى الفارس والرجل، وَمَن يُرْضَحُ لَهُ مِنْهَا كَالْمَرْأَةُ وَالْمَمْلُوكِChapter on the Division of Four-Fifths of the Booty, What Is Given to the Horseman and the Foot Soldier, and Who Else May Receive a Share Such as Women and Slaves
38 بَابُ إِنَّ السَّلْبَ لِلْقَاتِلِ وَأَنَّهُ غَيْرَ مَخْمُوسٍChapter on the Spoils Belonging to the Killer and That It Is Not Subject to the Fifth
