Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 4828 — The Virtue of the Mujahideen in the Path
عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَجْتَمِعُ الْكَافِرُ وَقَاتِلُهُ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي النَّارِ أَبَدًا
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A disbeliever and his Muslim killer will never be together in Hell.

Benefits: … By "qatil" (قاتل) is meant the mujahid (one who strives/fights in the path of Allah).
