باب النهي عن قتل الاسير مَا لَمْ يَحْتَلِم أو يُنتَ، وَعَنْ قَتْلِ آسِيْرِ غَيْرِهِ، وَعَنِ التَّفْرِيْقِ بَيْنَ الْوَالِدَةِ وَوَلَدِهَا، وَعَنْ وَطيء الْحُبَالَي مِنَ الأسرى، وَعَنْ قَتْلِ الْآسِيرِ صَبْرًا
Chapter on the Prohibition of Killing a Captive Who Has Not Reached Puberty or Is Not Fit for Execution, Killing Other Captives, Separating Mother and Child, Intercourse with Pregnant Captive Women, and Killing a Captive by Torture
Al-Fath ar-Rabbani 5100 — on the Prohibition of Killing a Captive
عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ عُرِضْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ قُرَيْظَةَ فَكَانَ مَنْ أَنْبَتَ قُتِلَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُنْبِتْ خَلَّى سَبِيلَهُ فَكُنْتُ مِمَّنْ لَمْ يُنْبِتْ فَخَلَّى سَبِيلِي
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Atiyyah Qarazi (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: On the day of Qurayzah, we were presented before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Whoever had grown pubic hair was killed, and whoever had not grown pubic hair, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not kill him. I (Atiyyah) was among those boys who had not grown hair, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) spared me from being killed.
