بابٌ فِيمَا جَاءَ فِي فَضْلِهِمَا
Chapter on what has come regarding their virtue
2 فِي بَيَانِ الإِيمَانِ وَالإِسْلامِ وَالإِحْسَانِOn the clarification of faith, Islam, and ihsan
3 فِي وَفَادَةِ ضِمَامِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةً وَافِدِ بَنِي سَعْدِ بْنِ بَكْر رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُOn the delegation of Dhamam ibn Tha'labah, the envoy of Banu Sa'd ibn Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him
4 فِي وَفَادَةِ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حَيْدَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُOn the delegation of Muawiyah ibn Haydah, may Allah be pleased with him
5 فِي وَفَادَةِ أَبِي رَزِينِ الْعُقَيْلِي وَاسْمُهُ لَقِيط بْنُ عَامِرٍرَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُOn the delegation of Abu Razin al-Uqayli, whose name is Laqit ibn Amir, may Allah be pleased with him
6 فِي وَفْدِ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِOn the delegation of Abd al-Qays
7 فِي وَفَادَةِ ابْنِ الْمُنْتَفِقِ مِنْ قَيْسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُOn the delegation of Ibn al-Muntafiq from Qays, may Allah be pleased with him
8 فِي وَفَادَةِ رِجَالٍ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ لَمْ يُسَمَّواOn the delegation of men from the Arabs who were not named
9 بابٌ فِي أَرْكَانِ الإِسْلامِ وَدَعَائِمِهِ الْعِظَامِChapter on the pillars of Islam and its great supports
10 بابٌ شُعَبُ الإِيمَانِ وَمِثْلُهُChapter on the branches of faith and similar matters
11 بابٌ فِي خِصَالِ الإِيمَانِ وَآيَاتِهِChapter on the characteristics of faith and its signs
12 بابٌ فِي سَمَاحَةِ دِينِنَا الإِسْلامِ وَالاعْتِزَازِ بِهِ وَأَنَّهُ أَحَبُّ الأَدْيَانِChapter on the tolerance of our religion, Islam, pride in it, and that it is the most beloved of religions
13 فِي تَرْغِيبِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي اعْتِنَاقِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَ تَأْلِيفِ قُلُوبِهِمْ رَحْمَةٌ بِهِمْOn encouraging polytheists to embrace Islam and winning their hearts out of mercy for them
14 فِي حُكْمِ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى يَدِهِ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِOn the ruling of someone through whom a man from the disbelievers accepts Islam
15 فِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فَلَهُ أَجْرُهُ مَرَّتَيْنِOn the fact that whoever accepts Islam from the People of the Book will have his reward twice
16 بَابٌ فِي كَوْنِ الْإِسْلَامِ يَجُبُّ مَا قَبْلَهُ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ وَكَذَا الْهِجْرَةُ وَ هَلْ يُؤَاخَذُ بِأَعْمَالِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَ بَيَانُ حُكْمِ عَمَلِ الْكَافِرِ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ بَعْدَهُChapter on the ruling that Islam erases what came before it of sins, likewise migration, and whether one is held accountable for the deeds of ignorance, and the ruling on the deeds of a disbeliever if he accepts Islam afterward
17 بَابٌ فِي حُكْمِ الْإِقْرَارِ بِالشَّهَادَتَيْنِ وَ أَنَّهُمَا تَعْصِمَانِ قَائِلَهُمَا مِنَ الْقَتْلِ وَ بِهِمَا يَكُونُ مُسْلِمًا وَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَChapter on the ruling of affirming the two testimonies, that they protect the one who says them from being killed, and by them one becomes a Muslim and enters Paradise
18 بَابٌ فِي الْإِيْمَانِ بِالنَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَفَضْلَ مَنْ آمَنَ بِهِ وَلَمْ يَرَهُChapter on faith in the Prophet ﷺ and the virtue of one who believes in him without seeing him
19 بَابٌ فِي فَضْلِ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَصِفَتِهِ وَمِثْلِهِChapter on the virtue of the believer, his description, and his likeness
20 بَابٌ فِي الْوَقْتِ الَّذِي يَضْمَحِلُّ فِيهِ الْإِيمَانُChapter on the time when faith will disappear
21 بَابٌ فِيمَا جَاءَ فِي رَفْعِ الْأَمَانَةِ وَالْإِيمَانِChapter on what has come regarding the removal of trustworthiness and faith
