«لا تحاسدوا ولا تناجشوا ولا تباغضوا ولا تدابروا ولا يبع بعضكم على بيع بعض وكونوا عباد الله إخوانا المسلم أخوالمسلم ولا يخذله ولا يحقره التقوى هاهنا - وأشار إلى صدره - بحسب امرئ من الشر أن يحقر أخاه المسلم كل المسلم على المسلم حرام دمه وماله وعرضه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Do not envy one another, do not raise bids deceptively against one another, do not hate one another, do not turn your backs on one another, and let none of you sell over the sale of another. O servants of Allah, be brothers to one another. The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim; he neither forsakes him nor looks down on him. Taqwa (God-consciousness) is here" - and he (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed to his chest - "it is enough evil for a person that he looks down on his Muslim brother. For every Muslim, the blood, wealth and honour of another Muslim are sacred (forbidden)."
