«لا تجوز لامرأة هبة في مالها إلا بإذن زوجها إذا ملك زوجها عصمتها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift from her wealth without her husband's permission, when her husband holds her marriage bond (that is, when she is married to him)."
