Mirdas bin Urwah narrates: A man shot his brother with an arrow and killed him, then he ran away. We found him with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and we brought him to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted us retaliation against him.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Jabir al-Suhaymi, who is da'if (weak).

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: A slave girl came to Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "My master accused me, and he made me sit on fire, as a result of which my private part was burnt." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to that slave girl: "Did he see you doing anything?" She said: "No." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "Did you confess any offence to him?" She replied: "No." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Bring him to me." The man was brought to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Do you punish with the punishment of Allah?" He said: "O Commander of the Believers, I accused her regarding her chastity." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "Did you see her doing that?" He replied: "No." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "Did she confess it to you?" The man replied: "No." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, had I not heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'A slave will not be granted retaliation against his master, nor a child against his father,' I would have granted her retaliation against you." Then Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) brought him out before the people and had him given one hundred lashes. Then Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) (said to the slave girl): "Go! You are free for the sake of Allah, and you are the freed woman of Allah and His Messenger. I bear witness that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'Whoever is burnt with fire or mutilated is free, and he is the freed man of Allah and His Messenger.'" (Allamah Haythami says:) I say: al-Tirmidhi recorded part of this narration.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Umar bin Isa al-Qurashi, whom al-Dhahabi mentioned in Mizan al-I'tidal; he cited this hadith under him, mentioned no criticism (jarh) of him, and left his entry blank. The rest of its narrators have been declared trustworthy.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Zinba' Abu Rawh found his slave girl with his slave, so he cut off his slave's nose and cut off his private part. The slave came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him: "Who did this to you?" The slave said: "Zinba'." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) summoned Zinba' and said: "Why did you do this?" He said that the slave had committed such-and-such an offence. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the slave: "Go, you are free." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, whose freedman will I be counted?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You will be counted the freedman of Allah and His Messenger." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) enjoined the Muslims regarding that slave. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed away, that slave came to Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "Do something according to the instruction of Allah and His Messenger." Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Very well; you will receive an allowance, and your family will receive an allowance." Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) fixed his allowance until Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away. When Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) became caliph, he came to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "About the bequest of the Messenger of Allah (what will you do)?" He said: "Very well; what do you want?" He said: "I want to go to Egypt." So Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote a letter to the governor of Egypt that he be given enough land to live off. (Allamah Haythami says:) I say:

Hadith Takhrij«أخرجه الطبراني فى المعجم الكبير (5201) اخرجه احمد فى المسند (6710) ، أخرجه مسند أحمد برقم: 6671»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) urged (the people) towards jihad, and the people gathered around him until a great many had gathered (pressing upon him). In the blessed hand of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was a palm stick whose thorns had been removed, but one thorn remained which he had not noticed. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Move back from me, you have crowded me." Meanwhile the stick of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) struck a man's stomach and drew blood from him. The man went away saying: "This is the conduct of your Prophet; so what will the (rest of the) people be like?" Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) heard this and said: "Come to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). If he did hurt you, he will give you your right; and if you have lied, I will drag you by your turban until you tell the real matter." The man said: "Go in peace; I do not want to go with you." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I will not let you go." Then Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) took him along to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "This man claims that you hurt him, so that blood came from his stomach. What do you say about this?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Is it true that I hurt him?" The man said: "Yes, O Prophet of Allah." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Did anyone see this?" The man said: "Some Muslims were present here." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, I will give judgment on the testimony of one man who saw this; if anyone saw it, let him inform me." Some of the Muslims said: "O Messenger of Allah, blood came from him because of you, though you did not intend to hurt him." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take wealth in return for the hurt I caused you, and go." He said: "No." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then forgo it for my sake." He said: "I will not do so." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Then what do you want?" He said: "O Prophet of Allah, I want to take retaliation from you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Very well." The man said to him: "Come out from among these people." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out from among them, gave the man that stick so that he could take retaliation from him with it, and himself uncovered his stomach. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to hold the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) back from behind, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave us; may your sandal stumble and your teeth be broken!" When the man came near to prick him, he put the stick down, kissed the navel of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Prophet of Allah, this is what I intended, so that after you I may suppress the tyrannical rulers." Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Your deed is more reliable than mine."
Abu Ya'la recorded it. Its chain contains al-Walid bin Muhammad al-Muwaqqari, who is matruk (abandoned).

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Jubayr al-Khuza'i (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pricked a man in the stomach with something, which was either a stick or perhaps a tooth-stick (miswak). The man said: "You have hurt me, so grant me retaliation." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave him the stick he had with him and said: "Take your retaliation." The man kissed the stomach of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and then said: "Rather, I forgive, so that you may intercede for me because of it on the Day of Resurrection."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).

Tariq bin Shihab narrates: A cousin of Sayyiduna Khalid bin al-Walid (may Allah be pleased with him) slapped one of us. That man's paternal uncle brought his case to Sayyiduna Khalid (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "O people of Quraysh, Allah Almighty has not given your faces any superiority over our faces; Allah Almighty has given you superiority only through His Prophet." Sayyiduna Khalid bin al-Walid (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Take your retaliation." The man said to his nephew: "Slap (him) too." When he raised his hand, the man said: "Leave it for the sake of Allah."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
