عَنْ مِرْدَاسِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ : رَمَى رَجُلٌ أَخًا لَهُ فَقَتَلَهُ فَفَرَّ ، فَوَجَدْنَاهُ عِنْدَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَانْطَلَقْنَا بِهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ، فَأَقَادَنَا مِنْهُ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ السُّحَيْمِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Mirdas bin Urwah narrates: A man shot his brother with an arrow and killed him, then he ran away. We found him with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and we brought him to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted us retaliation against him.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Jabir al-Suhaymi, who is da'if (weak).
