Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) addressed the people at Arafah and told them the rites of Hajj, and among the things he said was: In the morning, in sha' Allah (if Allah wills), you will depart from Jam'. Whoever then stones al-Jamrah al-Qaswa, which is by al-Aqabah, with seven pebbles, then goes and slaughters a sacrifice if he has one, then shaves his head or shortens his hair, everything that was forbidden to him because of Hajj becomes lawful for him except women and perfume; so let no one touch perfume or women until he has performed tawaf of the House.

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Everything becomes lawful for the one in ihram except women. And she said: I applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him); she meant for his coming out of ihram.

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I used to apply perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), both for his coming out of ihram and for his entering ihram. Salim said: The Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is more deserving to be followed.

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: When you have stoned the Jamrah, everything that was forbidden to you becomes lawful for you except women, until you have performed tawaf of the House. Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you have stoned and shaved your heads, perfume, clothes and everything become lawful for you except women."
Hadith Referenceالسنن الكبرى للبيهقي / كتاب الحج / 9597
Likewise (through another chain), and in it he added: "and you have slaughtered, then everything has become lawful for you, perfume and clothes, except women."
And he said: "from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)"; and this (hadith) is among the confused narrations of Hajjaj bin Artah. The hadith is rather "from Amrah, from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)," just as all the other people narrate it from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).

Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) for his ihram when he entered ihram, and for his coming out of ihram before the Tawaf al-Ifadah, with the finest perfume I could find.

Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: On the night of sacrifice it was the turn of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to be with me, and Wahb bin Zam'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) and another man from the family of Abu Umayyah came to me, both wearing shirts. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to the two of them: "Have you performed Tawaf al-Ifadah?" They said: No. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then take off these shirts of yours." So they took them off. Wahb (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! For what reason? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On this day Allah Almighty has granted you a concession: when you have stoned, and slaughtered your sacrifice if you have one, then you are released from everything that had been forbidden to you except women, until you perform tawaf of the House. So if evening comes and you have not performed the Ifadah, you will become muhrim (in the state of ihram) again just as you were before, until you perform Tawaf al-Ifadah."

Hadith Takhrij«حسن۔ ابوداود 1999۔ احمد 6/ 295۔ ابن خزيمه 2958»
Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: On the evening of the Day of Sacrifice it was the turn of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at my house. He (peace and blessings be upon him) came to me, and Wahb bin Zam'ah and a man from the family of Abu Umayyah came in wearing shirts. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked Wahb: "Abu Abdullah! Have you performed the Ifadah?" He said: No, by Allah! He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take off your shirt." So he pulled it off over his head, and his companion did the same. The two of them said: What is the reason for this? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On this day you have been granted a concession: when you have stoned the Jamrah, everything that was forbidden to you becomes lawful for you except women. But if evening comes and you have not yet performed tawaf of the House, you will again be in the state of ihram as before, just as you were before stoning the Jamrah, until you perform the tawaf."
Abu Ubaydah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Umm Qays bint Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with her), who was their neighbour, narrated to me; she said: Ukkashah bin Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with him) left me on the evening of the Day of Sacrifice with a group of Banu Asad, all of them wearing shirts. Then when they came back to me at nightfall, they were carrying their shirts in their hands. She said: I said: O Ukkashah! What is the matter, that you went out wearing shirts but have come back carrying your shirts in your hands? He said: All is well, O Umm Qays! This was the day concerning which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave us a concession: "When we have finished stoning the Jamrah, everything that had been forbidden to us became lawful for us except women, until we perform tawaf of the House. So when evening came and we had not (yet) performed tawaf of the House, we took off our shirts and held them in our hands."
Imam Abu Dawud (may Allah have mercy on him) likewise narrated it in Kitab al-Sunan from Ahmad bin Hanbal and Yahya bin Ma'in (may Allah have mercy on them both) with the first chain, not with the second chain from Umm Qays, and he too did not mention the slaughter (of the sacrifice).
