وَرَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هَارُونَ، فَزَادَ فِيهِ: " وَذَبَحْتُمْ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَكُمْ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ الطِّيبُ وَالثِّيَابُ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ " أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ السِّقَاءِ، وَأَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ قَالَا: أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَذَكَرَهُ، قَالَ: عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهَذَا مِنْ تَخْلِيطَاتِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، وَإِنَّمَا الْحَدِيثُ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَمَا رَوَاهُ سَائِرُ النَّاسِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا.
Likewise (through another chain), and in it he added: "and you have slaughtered, then everything has become lawful for you, perfume and clothes, except women."
And he said: "from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)"; and this (hadith) is among the confused narrations of Hajjaj bin Artah. The hadith is rather "from Amrah, from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)," just as all the other people narrate it from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).
And he said: "from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)"; and this (hadith) is among the confused narrations of Hajjaj bin Artah.
