أخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن حَمْدان الجَلَّاب بهَمَذان، حدثنا أبو حاتم الرازي، أخبرنا [محمد بن يحيى الذُّهْلي، حدثنا] (1) أبو غسّان محمد بن يحيى بن علي بن عبد الحميد الكِنَاني، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد الدَّرَاوَرْدي، عن عبيد الله بن عمر، عن نافع عن ابن عمر أنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قال: "لا يزالُ المرء في فُسْحةٍ من دِينِه ما لم يُصب دمًا حرامًا" (2). هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد على شرط الشيخين، ولم يخرجاه، وإنما يُعَدُّ في أفراد محمد بن يحيى الذُّهلي (1) عن محمد بن يحيى الكِنَاني. وله إسناد آخر صحيح: [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] ترقيم العلميه 8029 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person remains in latitude and ease with regard to his religion as long as he does not unlawfully shed anyone's blood."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it. It is counted among the solitary narrations of Muhammad bin Yahya al-Dhuhli from Muhammad bin Yahya al-Kinani, while it also has another authentic chain.

حدَّثَناه أبو العباس عبد الله بن الحسين القاضي، حدثنا الحارث بن أبي أُسامة، حدثنا أبو النَّضر، حدثنا إسحاق بن سعيد بن عمرو بن سعيد بن العاص، عن أبيه، عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "لن يزالَ المرءُ فِي فُسحةٍ من دِينِه ما لم يُصِبْ دمًا حرامًا" (2). It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person will always remain in latitude with regard to his religion as long as he does not commit the shedding of sacred blood (an unjust killing)."
حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا بكَّار بن قُتَيبة القاضي [حدثنا صفوان بن عيسى] (3) حدثنا ثَوْر بن يزيد، عن أبي عَوْن، عن أبي إدريس الخَوْلاني، قال: سمعتُ معاوية بن أبي سفيان، وكان قليلَ الحديث عن رسول الله ﷺ، فسمعتُه يقول: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "كلُّ ذَنْبٍ عسى الله أن يَغْفِرَه إِلَّا الرجل يموتُ كافرًا، أو الرجلُ يقتُلُ مؤمنًا متعمدًا" (4). صحيح الإسناد، ولم يخرجاه. It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah bin Abi Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him), and he used to narrate very few hadiths from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): I heard him say that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is hoped that Allah Almighty will forgive every sin except that of a man who dies in a state of disbelief, or a man who kills a believer intentionally."
This hadith has an authentic chain (sahih al-isnad), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

أخبرني عُبيد الله (1) بن أحمد بن البَلْخي التاجر ببغداد، حدثنا أبو إسماعيل محمد بن إسماعيل (2)، حدثنا محمد بن المبارك الدَّمشقي، حدثنا صَدَقة، حدثنا خالد بن دِهْقان، حدثنا ابن أبي زكريا، قال: سمعتُ أمَّ الدرداء تقول: سمعتُ أبا الدَّرداء يقول: سمعتُ رسولَ الله ﷺ يقول: "كلُّ ذنبٍ عسى الله أَن يَغْفِرَه إِلَّا الرجلَ يموتُ مُشركًا، أو يقتل مؤمنًا متعمدًا" (3). هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه. It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "It is hoped that Allah Almighty will forgive every sin except that of a man who dies in a state of shirk (associating partners with Allah), or who kills a believer deliberately."
This hadith has an authentic chain (sahih al-isnad), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
