حدثنا أحمد بن سلمان الفقيه، حدثنا الحسن بن مُكرَم، حدثنا يزيد بن هارون. وحدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا محمد بن هشام بن مَلّاس النُّميري، حدثنا مروان بن معاوية الفَزَاري. وحدثنا أبو عبد الله الشَّيباني، حدثنا علي بن الحسن، حدثنا أبو عاصم ومكّي بن إبراهيم؛ قالوا: حدثنا بَهْزَ بنَ حَكيم، عن أبيه، عن جده قال: قلتُ: يا رسولَ الله، من أبَرُّ؟ قال: "أُمَّكَ" قلتُ: يا رسول الله، ثم من؟ قال: "أُمَّك"، قلتُ: يا رسول الله، ثم من؟ قال: "أُمَّك" قلت: يا رسول الله، ثم مَن؟ قال: "ثم أباك" قلت: يا رسولَ الله، ثم مَن؟ قال: "ثم الأقربَ فالأقربَ" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه على شرطهما في حكيم بن معاوية أنه ليس له راو غير بَهْز. وقد روى عنه أبو قَزَعة الباهلي:

Sayyiduna Bahz bin Hakim narrates from his father, from his grandfather, that he said: O Messenger of Allah! To whom should I show the most kindness? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To your mother." I said: O Messenger of Allah! Then to whom? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To your mother." I said: O Messenger of Allah! Then to whom? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "To your mother." I said: O Messenger of Allah! Then to whom? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then to your father." I said: O Messenger of Allah! Then to whom? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then to whoever is nearest to you, and then the next nearest."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs did not record it on their condition, because (they held that) no one other than Bahz narrated from Hakim bin Mu'awiyah, whereas Abu Qaza'ah al-Bahili also narrated from him.

حدَّثَناه دَعلَج بن أحمد السِّجزيُّ، حدثنا عبد العزيز بن معاوية، حدثنا عمرو بن عاصم الكِلابي، حدثني عبيد الله بن الوازِع وحمّاد بن سَلَمة، عن أبي قَزْعَة سُوَيد بن حُجَير الباهلي، عن حَكيم بن معاوية (2)، عن أبيه قال: قلت: يا رسول الله، من أبَرُّ؟ قال: "أُمَّك" قلت: ثم من؟ قال: "ثم أُمَّك" قلت: ثم مَن؟ قال: "ثم أُمَّك" قلت: ثم من؟ قال: "ثم أباك، ثم الأقربَ فالأقربَ (3). قال الحاكم رحمه الله تعالى: ثم وَجَدنا لهذا الحديث شواهدَ: فمنها:

ما حدَّثَناه أبو بكر محمد بن أحمد بن بالَوَيهِ حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن النَّضر، حدثنا معاوية بن عمرو، حدثنا، زائدة عن منصور، عن عُبيد بن علي، عن خِدَاش أبي سَلَامة، رجل من الصحابة، قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "أُوصِي امْرَأً بأُمِّه، أُوصِي امْرَأً بأُمِّه، أُوصِي امْرَأً بأبيه، أُوصِي امْرَأً بمولاه الذي يَليِه، وإن كان عليه فيه أذًى يُؤذيه" (1). ومنها:

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Khidash Abu Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him), who was a Companion, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I enjoin a man regarding his mother, I enjoin a man regarding his mother, I enjoin a man regarding his father, and I enjoin a man regarding the close relative who is in charge of his affairs, even if he causes him some harm."
ما حدّثني أبو القاسم الحسن بن محمد بن السَّكُوني بالكوفة، حدثنا عبد الله بن غَنّام، حدثني أبي، حدثنا أبو أحمد الزُّبيري، حدثنا مِسعَر بن كِدام، عن أبي عُتبة، عن عائشة قالت: قلت: يا رسولَ الله، أيُّ الناسِ أعظمُ حقًّا [على المرأة؟ قال: "زوجُها"، قلت: فأيُّ الناس أعظم حقًّا] (2) على الرَّجل؟ قال: "أُمُّه" (3). ومنها:
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: O Messenger of Allah! Who has the greatest right over a woman? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Her husband." I said: Then who has the greatest right over a man? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "His mother."
ما أخبرنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا محمد بن عبد الوهاب، أخبرنا جعفر بن عَوْن، أخبرنا المسعودي، عن إياد بن لَقِيط، عن أبي رِمْثة، قال: انتهيتُ إلى رسول الله ﷺ فسمعتُه يقول: "أُمَّكَ وأباك، وأُختَك وأخاك، ثم أدْناكَ أدْناكَ" (1). ومنها:
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Rimthah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and heard him (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "(Be kind to) your mother and your father, and your sister and your brother, then whoever is nearest to you, and then the next nearest."
