It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The lowest in rank among the people of Paradise will be a man who will gaze over his kingdom to the extent of a journey of two thousand years; he will see its farthest end just as he sees its nearest part; he will be looking at his wives, his servants and his thrones. And the most excellent in rank among the people of Paradise will be the one who will behold the Face of Allah Almighty twice every day."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The lowest in rank among the people of Paradise will be the one who will look over his kingdom extending a journey of two thousand years, and the most excellent of them in rank will be those who will behold the Face of Allah twice every day." Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse: "Some faces, that Day, will be radiant" [Al-Qiyamah: 22]; he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That is, white and shining faces." "Looking at their Lord" [Al-Qiyamah: 23]; he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They will be looking at the Face of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, every day."
This hadith is an explanatory proof in refutation of the innovators. And although the two Shaykhs did not narrate from Thuwayr bin Abi Fakhitah, no criticism has been made of him other than his Shi'ism (tashayyu').

It is narrated from Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: I said to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both): Is "Woe to you, and woe!" [Al-Qiyamah: 34] something that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said (on his own), or is it something Allah Almighty revealed? He said: These words were said by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), then Allah Almighty revealed it (in the Qur'an).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.
