Hadith 5408
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي قِبْلَةِ الْمَسْجِدِ ، وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي بَيْنَ يَدَيْ النَّاسِ ، فَحَتَّهَا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ حِينَ انْصَرَفَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ : " إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا كَانَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ ، فَلَا يَتَنَخَّمَنَّ أَحَدٌ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw phlegm stuck towards the qiblah in the mosque. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up and cleaned it, then turned towards the people and said: "When any one of you is in prayer, Allah is in front of his face, so none of you should clean his nose in front of his face during his prayer."
Hadith 5409
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " ادَّهَنَ بِزَيْتٍ غَيْرِ مُقَتَّتٍ ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would enter into the state of Ihram, he would use olive oil in which flowers had been added but it had not been boiled.
Hadith 5410
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُقْبَةُ بْنُ أَبِي الصَّهْبَاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْفَجْرَ ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ، فَاسْتَقْبَلَ مَطْلِعَ الشَّمْسِ ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ، أَلَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ، حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) offered the Fajr prayer, and after saying the salam, he stood facing the direction of the rising sun. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards the east with his hand and said twice: "The trial will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan rises."
Hadith 5411
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ ، فَقَالَ : " لَمْ يَصُمْهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، وَلَا عُمَرُ ، وَلَا عُثْمَانُ " .
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about fasting on the Day of Arafah, so he replied that neither the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nor any of the three caliphs observed a fast on that day.
Hadith 5411M
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : لَمْ يَصُمْهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَلَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ ، وَلَا عُمَرُ ، وَلَا عُثْمَانُ ، يَعْنِي : يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ .
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said regarding the fast of the Day of Arafah that neither the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nor any of the three caliphs observed the fast on that day.
Hadith 5412
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمُ بْنُ أَخْضَرَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَسَمَ فِي النَّفَلِ لِلْفَرَسِ سَهْمَيْنِ ، وَلِلرَّجُلِ سَهْمًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) allotted two shares for the horse and one share for the rider (on the occasion of the Battle of Khaybar).
Hadith 5413
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ " يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ فِي السَّفَرِ ، أَيْنَمَا تَوَجَّهَتْ بِهِ ، قَالَ : وَذَكَرَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ فِي السَّفَرِ " .
Abdullah bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to offer voluntary prayers on his mount, regardless of which direction it was facing, and he used to mention that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also used to do so during travel.
Hadith 5414
(حديث قدسي) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مِقْسَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ : وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ سورة الزمر آية 67 وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ هَكَذَا بِيَدِهِ ، وَيُحَرِّكُهَا ، يُقْبِلُ بِهَا وَيُدْبِرُ : " يُمَجِّدُ الرَّبُّ نَفْسَهُ : أَنَا الْجَبَّارُ ، أَنَا الْمُتَكَبِّرُ ، أَنَا الْمَلِكُ ، أَنَا الْعَزِيزُ ، أَنَا الْكَرِيمُ " ، فَرَجَفَ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمِنْبَرُ ، حَتَّى قُلْنَا لَيَخِرَّنَّ بِهِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that one day the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse on the pulpit «وَمَا قَدَرُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدْرِهِ وَالْأَرْضُ جَمِيعًا قَبْضَتُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَالسَّمَوَاتُ مَطْوِيَّاتٌ بِيَمِينِهِ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ» and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began moving his hands forward and backward and said: "The Lord Himself will declare His greatness and say: I am the Compeller, I am the Supreme, I am the King, I am the Dominant, I am the Generous." While saying this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began to tremble on the pulpit, to the extent that we feared the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) might fall down from it.
Hadith 5415
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ تِلْكَ الْأَوْعِيَةِ " .
Thabit (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about vessels, so he replied that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade those vessels (which were used for distilling wine).
Hadith 5416
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَبِيبٌ يَعْنِي الْمُعَلِّمَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ : أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْتَمِرُ فِي رَجَبٍ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، فَأَخْبَرَ بِذَلِكَ عَائِشَةَ ، فَقَالَتْ : يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، مَا اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُمْرَةً إِلَّا وَهُوَ مَعَهُ ، " وَمَا اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي رَجَبٍ قَطُّ " .
Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah have mercy on him) asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) whether the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed Umrah in the month of Rajab. He replied, "Yes!" Urwah conveyed this to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), so she said: "May Allah have mercy on Abu Abdur Rahman. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed every Umrah that he (Ibn Umar) participated in with him (the Prophet), (but he forgot that) the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never performed Umrah in the month of Rajab."
Hadith 5417
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ الْعَطَّارُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " حَفِظْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشْرَ رَكَعَاتٍ : رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَهَا ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I have memorized ten rak‘ahs from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): two rak‘ahs before the Zuhr prayer and two rak‘ahs after it, and two rak‘ahs after Maghrib, and two rak‘ahs after ‘Isha, and two rak‘ahs before the Fajr prayer.
Hadith 5418
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ، أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ : اخْتَرْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) as long as they do not separate, or until one of them says to the other, 'Make your choice.'"
Hadith 5419
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : دَخَلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ يَعُودُهُ ، فَقَالَ : مَا لَكَ لَا تَدْعُو لِي ؟ قَالَ : فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَقْبَلُ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طُهُورٍ ، وَلَا صَدَقَةً مِنْ غُلُولٍ " ، وَقَدْ كُنْتَ عَلَى الْبَصْرَةِ ، يَعْنِي : عَامِلًا .
Mus'ab bin Sa'd (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) came to visit Ibn 'Amir when he was ill. Ibn 'Amir said to him, "Why don't you pray for me?" Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) replied, "I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Allah does not accept charity from stolen spoils of war, nor does He accept prayer without purification, and you have been the governor of Basra."
Hadith 5420
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ أَنْبَأَنِي ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ رَجُلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ عَرَفَةَ ، قَالَ : " خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَصُمْهُ ، وَمَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَلَمْ يَصُمْهُ ، وَمَعَ عُمَرَ فَلَمْ يَصُمْهُ ، وَمَعَ عُثْمَانَ فَلَمْ يَصُمْهُ ، وَأَنَا لَا أَصُومُهُ ، وَلَا آمُرُكَ ، وَلَا أَنْهَاكَ ، إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصُمْهُ ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَلَا تَصُمْهُ " .
Abu Najeeh says that once someone asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) about fasting on the day of Arafah, so he replied: I performed Hajj with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but he did not fast on that day. I performed Hajj with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr, Sayyiduna Umar, and Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with them), but they also did not fast on that day. I neither fast on that day nor do I command or forbid it, so if you wish, you may fast, and if you do not wish, then do not fast.
Hadith 5421
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُعَاوِيِّ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا صَلَّى إِلَى جَنْبِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، فَجَعَلَ يَعْبَثُ بِالْحَصَى ، فَقَالَ : لَا تَعْبَثْ بِالْحَصَى ، فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ، وَلَكِنْ اصْنَعْ كَمَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ ، قَالَ هَكَذَا ، وَأَرَانَا وُهَيْبٌ ، وَصَفَهُ عَفَّانُ : " وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُسْرَى ، وَبَسَطَ أَصَابِعَهُ عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ الْيُسْرَى ، وَوَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ الْيُمْنَى ، وَكَأَنَّهُ عَقَدَ ، وَأَشَارَ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ " .
Once, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saw a man playing during prayer. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to him: Do not play during prayer because this is a satanic act, and do as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do. The narrator says that then Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) placed his left hand on his left knee and his right hand on his right knee and began to point with his finger.
Hadith 5422
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَا : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا عُمْرَى وَلَا رُقْبَى ، فَمَنْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا أَوْ أُرْقِبَهُ فَهُوَ لَهُ حَيَاتَهُ وَمَمَاتَهُ " ، قَالَ ابْنُ بَكْرٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ : قَالَ عَطَاءٌ : وَالرُّقْبَى هِيَ لِلْآخِرِ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : مِنِّي وَمِنْكَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no validity in giving land to someone until his death or for his lifetime; whoever is given such land, it will belong to him during his life and after his death as well."
Hadith 5423
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ : " أَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ ؟ قَالَ : قَدْ زَعَمُوا ذَلِكَ " .
Thabit (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), "Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibit nabidh (fermented drink) made in pitchers?" He replied: "Yes, people say so."
Hadith 5424
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ بِلَالًا يُنَادِي بِلَيْلٍ أَوْ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ يُنَادِي بِلَيْلٍ ، فَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّى يُنَادِيَ ابْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bilal gives the call to prayer during the night, so keep eating and drinking until Ibn Umm Maktum gives the call to prayer."
Hadith 5425
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ وَاحِدٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you are three people, two of you should not whisper to each other excluding the third."
Hadith 5426
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلَا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever buys grain should not sell it before taking possession of it."
Hadith 5427
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَلْبَسَ الْمُحْرِمُ ثَوْبًا صُبِغَ بِوَرْسٍ أَوْ زَعْفَرَانٍ ، وَقَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ نَعْلَانِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ الْخُفَّيْنِ ، وَلْيَقْطَعْهُمَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the pilgrim in the state of Ihram from wearing clothes dyed with saffron or wars, and said: "If the pilgrim does not find shoes, then he should wear socks, but cut them below the ankles."
Hadith 5428
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَشْرِقِ ، وَيَقُولُ : " هَا إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ هَاهُنَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ هَاهُنَا ، حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) point with his hand towards the east and say twice: "The trial will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan will emerge."
Hadith 5429
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْجَرِّ ، وَالدُّبَّاءِ ، وَالْمُزَفَّتِ ، وَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ فِي الْأَسْقِيَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (the use of) pitchers, dubba, and muzaffat, and permitted making nabidh in water skins.
Hadith 5430
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ ، قَالَ : " تَحَرَّوْهَا فِي السَّبْعِ الْأَوَاخِرِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a person asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about Laylat al-Qadr, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Seek it in the last seven nights."
Hadith 5431
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ أَسَدٍ أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ نَعْلَيْنِ فَلْيَلْبَسْ خُفَّيْنِ ، وَلْيَقْطَعْهُمَا مِنْ عِنْدِ الْكَعْبَيْنِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a pilgrim in the state of Ihram does not find shoes, then he should wear leather socks, but he should cut them below the ankles."
Hadith 5432
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، سَمِعْتُ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ سَلْمَانَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " عَشْرُ رَكَعَاتٍ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُدَاوِمُ عَلَيْهِنَّ : رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I have memorized ten rak‘ahs from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which he used to perform regularly: two rak‘ahs before the Zuhr prayer and two after it, two rak‘ahs after Maghrib, two rak‘ahs after ‘Isha, and two rak‘ahs before the Fajr prayer.
Hadith 5433
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ، ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ " .
Once, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) divorced his wife while she was in her menstrual period. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) went and informed the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about this. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tell him to take her back, then if he wishes to divorce her, he should do so during her period of purity."
Hadith 5434
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِين ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : طَلَّقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِيُرَاجِعْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ، ثُمَّ لِيُطَلِّقْهَا " ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : احْتُسِبَ بِهَا ؟ قَالَ : فَمَهْ ؟ ! .
Anas bin Sirin says that once Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) divorced his wife while she was in her menstrual period. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) mentioned this to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he said: "Tell him to take his wife back, and when she becomes pure, then he may divorce her in the period of purity." I asked, "Did you count the divorce that was given during her menstrual period?" He said, "What was the reason for not counting it?"
Hadith 5435
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَبَلَةُ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فِي بَعْثِ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ ، فَأَصَابَتْنَا سَنَةٌ ، فَجَعَلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يَرْزُقُنَا التَّمْرَ ، وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَمُرُّ بِنَا فَيَقُولُ : لَا تُقَارِنُوا ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ الْقِرَانِ ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَسْتَأْمِرَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْكُمْ أَخَاهُ " .
Jabalah says that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give us dates to eat. In those days, people were facing extreme hardships. One day, we were eating dates when Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) passed by us and said: "Do not eat several dates at once, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating several dates at once without your brother's permission."
Hadith 5436
(حديث قدسي) حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، وَعَفَّانُ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ آخِذًا بِيَدِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، إِذْ عَرَضَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ ، فَقَالَ : كَيْفَ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ فِي النَّجْوَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُدْنِي الْمُؤْمِنَ ، فَيَضَعُ عَلَيْهِ كَنَفَهُ ، وَيَسْتُرُهُ مِنَ النَّاسِ ، وَيُقَرِّرُهُ بِذُنُوبِهِ ، وَيَقُولُ لَهُ : أَتَعْرِفُ ذَنْبَ كَذَا ؟ أَتَعْرِفُ ذَنْبَ كَذَا ؟ أَتَعْرِفُ ذَنْبَ كَذَا ؟ حَتَّى إِذَا قَرَّرَهُ بِذُنُوبِهِ ، وَرَأَى فِي نَفْسِهِ أَنَّهُ قَدْ هَلَكَ ، قَالَ : فَإِنِّي قَدْ سَتَرْتُهَا عَلَيْكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، وَإِنِّي أَغْفِرُهَا لَكَ الْيَوْمَ ، ثُمَّ يُعْطَى كِتَابَ حَسَنَاتِهِ ، وَأَمَّا الْكُفَّارُ وَالْمُنَافِقُونَ ف وَيَقُولُ الأَشْهَادُ هَؤُلاءِ الَّذِينَ كَذَبُوا عَلَى رَبِّهِمْ أَلا لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ سورة هود آية 18 " .
Safwan bin Mahraz, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once I was holding the hand of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, when a man came and said, "What have you heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the whispering that will take place on the Day of Resurrection?" Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, replied, "I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Allah Almighty will bring a believing servant close to Himself and will cover him with His cloak, concealing him from the sight of the people, and will make him confess his sins. Allah will say to him, 'Do you remember such and such sin?' When he has confessed all his sins and thinks in his heart that he is doomed, Allah Almighty will say to him, 'I concealed your sins in the world, and today I forgive you.' Then he will be given his book of deeds. As for the disbelievers and hypocrites, the witnesses will say, 'These are the ones who used to deny their Lord.' Be aware! The curse of Allah is upon the wrongdoers."
Hadith 5437
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَفْعَلْ ، فَإِنِّي أَشْفَعُ لِمَنْ مَاتَ بِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is able to die in Madinah, he should do so, for I will intercede for those who die in Madinah."
Hadith 5438
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ وَاقِدٍ ، سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، فَجَعَلَ يُلْقِي إِلَيْهِ الطَّعَامَ ، فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلًا كَثِيرًا ، فَقَالَ لِنَافِعٍ : لَا تُدْخِلَنَّ هَذَا عَلَيَّ ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ " .
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saw a poor man, he called him near and placed food before him, and he ate a lot of food. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) saw this and said to me: "Do not let him come to me again. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that a disbeliever eats with seven intestines."
Hadith 5439
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ الَّذِي يَجُرُّ ثَوْبَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلَاءِ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drags his clothes on the ground out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him with mercy on the Day of Resurrection."
Hadith 5440
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الضَّبِّ ، فَقَالَ : " لَسْتُ آكِلَهُ وَلَا مُحَرِّمَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the lizard, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I neither eat it nor do I declare it unlawful."
Hadith 5441
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِالْحِجْرِ : " لَا تَدْخُلُوا عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُعَذَّبِينَ ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا بَاكِينَ فَلَا تَدْخُلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ، أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمْ مِثْلُ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by the vicinity of the people of Thamud, he said: "Enter the places of the punished nations weeping. If you are not able to weep, then do not go there, for I fear that the same punishment may befall you as befell them."
Hadith 5442
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ " الْجَنَابَةَ تُصِيبُهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ، فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَغْسِلَ ذَكَرَهُ وَيَتَوَضَّأَ ، ثُمَّ يَنَامَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that sometimes during the night, ghusl becomes obligatory upon him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Perform wudu, wash your private parts, and then go to sleep.
Hadith 5443
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ كَانَ مُلْتَمِسَهَا ، فَلْيَلْتَمِسْهَا فِي الْعَشْرِ الْأَوَاخِرِ ، فَإِنْ عَجَزَ أَوْ ضَعُفَ ، فَلَا يُغْلَبْ عَلَى السَّبْعِ الْبَوَاقِي " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever seeks Laylat al-Qadr should seek it in the last ten (nights); if he is unable or becomes weak, then he should not be overcome regarding the last seven nights."
Hadith 5444
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُمَا ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَمَلَ الْأَشْوَاطَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأُوَلَ حَوْلَ الْبَيْتِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ramal (brisk walking) in the first three circuits of the Tawaf around the Ka'bah.
Hadith 5445
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before they ripen.
Hadith 5446
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ، وَلَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ فِيهِنَّ ، مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ الْعَشْرِ ، فَأَكْثِرُوا فِيهِنَّ مِنَ التَّهْلِيلِ وَالتَّكْبِيرِ وَالتَّحْمِيدِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are no days greater in the sight of Allah, nor are righteous deeds more beloved to Him in any days than in the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, so increase in them the saying of Tahleel, Takbeer, and Tahmeed."
