It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you about those of your men who are among the people of Paradise? The prophet is in Paradise, the martyr is among the people of Paradise, the siddiq (the truthful one) is among the people of Paradise, the child (who dies in infancy) is among the people of Paradise, and the man who goes to visit and meet his (Muslim) brother in a far corner of the city purely for the pleasure of Allah Almighty is also among the people of Paradise."
Imam Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains a narrator named al-Sari bin Isma'il, who is severely weak and matruk (abandoned), so this chain is weak, although the matters mentioned in the text of the hadith are established by other sahih hadiths.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no servant who goes to visit and meet a brother of his for the pleasure of Allah Almighty, except that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, says concerning him in the mighty dominion of His Throne: 'My servant has visited for My sake alone, so his hospitality is now binding upon Me, and I will never be pleased with anything less than Paradise as the hospitality for My servant.'"
Imam al-Bazzar recorded this narration in his Musnad; however, the narrator in its chain, al-Dahhak bin Humrah, has been declared weak by the scholars.

Imam Abu Ya'la al-Mawsili recorded this hadith in his Musnad; its chain contains Yazid bin Aban al-Raqashi, a weak narrator, although the first part of the hadith is accepted and well known on the basis of supporting sahih hadiths.
