Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) addressed the people at Arafah, teaching them the rites of Hajj. Among what he said to them was: "When you come to Mina, whoever has stoned the Jamrah, everything that was forbidden to him becomes lawful for him except women and perfume. No one should touch women or perfume until he has performed the Tawaf of the House."
