أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرَّفَّاءُ، أنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْفُقَهَاءِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ: " مَنْ أَصَابَ صَيْدًا وَقَدْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ وَلَمْ يُفِضْ فَعَلَيْهِ جَزَاؤُهُ ".
Ibn Abi al-Zinad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, from the jurists of the people of Madinah, that (they used to say): Whoever kills game after he has stoned the Jamrah but has not yet performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah, compensation is due from him.
