أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثنا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ: " إِذَا ذَبَحَ وَحَلَقَ وَأَصَابَ صَيْدًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَزُورَ الْبَيْتَ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ جَزَاءَهُ مَا بَقِيَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ إِحْرَامِهِ شَيْءٌ، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى {وَإِذْا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُوا} [المائدة: ٢] ".
Ibn Abi Najih narrates from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that when one has slaughtered and shaved his head and then kills game before performing the Tawaf of the House, compensation is due from him as long as anything of his ihram remains upon him. Allah Almighty says: "And when you have left the state of ihram, then you may hunt." [Surah al-Ma'idah: 2]
