The one performing Umrah does not approach his wife from when he enters ihram until he completes the tawaf of the House and between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and before he shaves or shortens his hair

Amr bin Dinar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: We asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) about a man who circumambulated the House (of Allah) but did not go between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and then had intercourse with his wife. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came, he circumambulated the House (of Allah) seven times, then prayed two rak'ahs behind the Station of Ibrahim, and went between al-Safa and al-Marwah; and Allah Almighty said: "There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example" [Surah al-Ahzab: 21]. Amr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I asked Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he said that he should not have intercourse with his wife before going between al-Safa and al-Marwah.

Abu Bishr narrates from Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man performed Umrah and had intercourse with his wife after circumambulating the House (of Allah) and before going between al-Safa and al-Marwah. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, and he said: He should give a ransom (fidyah) of fasting, charity or a sacrifice. I asked: Which is best? He said: A camel or a cow. I said: Then which of those is best? He said: A camel. Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) differed from this in his narration from Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him).

Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: A husband and wife entered ihram for Umrah, and she performed the rites of Umrah, but the cutting of the hair remained. The man had intercourse with his wife before she had her hair cut. Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about this, and he said: She is very lustful. It was said to him: She can hear. So he felt shy and said: Why did you not let me know? Then he said (to her): Offer a sacrifice. The woman said: What? He said: Sacrifice a camel, a cow or a goat. She said: Which is best? He said: A she-camel.
Perhaps this (version) is more likely (correct).

Al-Hakam narrates from Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man had intercourse with his wife during Umrah. She said: I have not had my hair cut. So he began cutting her hair with his teeth. He said: He is very lustful; he should shed blood (offer a sacrifice). Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) is not mentioned in it.

Humayd narrated from al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that a woman came for Umrah and circumambulated the House (of Allah) and (went between) al-Safa and al-Marwah, but before she had her hair cut, her husband had intercourse with her. He said: She should offer a cow or a camel as a sacrifice.
(b) Humayd narrates that Bakr bin Abdullah asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about this, and he said: This is "very lustful." It was said to him that the woman was present, so he fell silent. Then he said: She should offer a camel or a cow as a sacrifice.
