باب: المعتمر لا يقرب امرأته ما بين أن يهل إلى أن يكمل الطواف بالبيت وبين الصفا والمروة وقبل أن يحلق أو يقصر
Chapter: The one performing Umrah does not approach his wife from when he enters ihram until he completes the tawaf of the House and between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and before he shaves or shortens his hair

فَقَدْ أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّرِيفُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ، أنبأ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، أنبأ شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي عُمْرَةٍ فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي لَمْ أُقَصِّرْ فَجَعَلَ يَقْرِضُ شَعْرَهَا بِأَسْنَانِهِ، قَالَ: " إِنَّهُ لَشَبِقٌ يُهْرِيقَ دَمًا " كَذَا قَالَ، لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ.
Al-Hakam narrates from Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man had intercourse with his wife during Umrah. She said: I have not had my hair cut. So he began cutting her hair with his teeth. He said: He is very lustful; he should shed blood (offer a sacrifice). Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) is not mentioned in it.
