باب: المعتمر لا يقرب امرأته ما بين أن يهل إلى أن يكمل الطواف بالبيت وبين الصفا والمروة وقبل أن يحلق أو يقصر
Chapter: The one performing Umrah does not approach his wife from when he enters ihram until he completes the tawaf of the House and between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and before he shaves or shortens his hair

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اعْتَمَرَ فَغَشِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِالصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ بَعْدَمَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَسُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: فِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ فَقُلْتُ: فَأِيُّ ذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: " جَزُورٌ، أَوْ بَقَرَةٌ "، قُلْتُ: فَأِيُّ ذَلِكَ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: " جَزُورٌ " خَالَفَهُ أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ.
Abu Bishr narrates from Sa'id bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man performed Umrah and had intercourse with his wife after circumambulating the House (of Allah) and before going between al-Safa and al-Marwah. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, and he said: He should give a ransom (fidyah) of fasting, charity or a sacrifice. I asked: Which is best? He said: A camel or a cow. I said: Then which of those is best? He said: A camel. Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him) differed from this in his narration from Sa'id (may Allah have mercy on him).
