Hadith Beginning with the Letter Waw (و)

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, Allah will not cast His beloved into the Fire."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, the world is even more insignificant in the sight of Allah than this thing is insignificant to you."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, Allah is more delighted with the repentance of His servant than a man who is travelling in a desolate land; he takes shelter in the shade of a tree and falls asleep beneath it, then wakes up and does not find his mount. He climbs a high place but sees nothing, then climbs another high place and looks, but sees nothing. So he says: 'I will go back to the very place where I was and stay there until I die.' So he goes back, and suddenly there is his mount, dragging its halter. So Allah is more delighted with the repentance of His servant than this man was at finding his mount."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, Allah will raise it, that is, the Black Stone, on the Day of Resurrection with two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will bear witness in favour of whoever touched it in truth."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, the son of Maryam will certainly descend as a just ruler. He will break the cross, kill the swine and abolish the jizyah; the young she-camels will be left alone and no one will strive after them; enmity, hatred and envy will disappear; and people will be called to take wealth, but no one will accept it."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, the world compared to the Hereafter is no more than if one of you were to put this finger of his into the sea, then let him see what it brings back."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, after me you will not find anyone more just towards you than me."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! The one whose neighbour is not safe from his harm."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, after this day of mine I will not accept a gift from anyone unless he is a Qurashi Muhajir, or one of the Ansar, or from Daws, or from Thaqif."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"And what disease is more incurable than miserliness?"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the two Eids, going out to the place of Eid prayer is obligatory upon every adult woman."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"It has become due. You are witnesses on the earth."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Your charity has been accepted, and your garden has been returned to you."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I wish that I could meet my brothers who believed in me without having seen me."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The illness of a believer is an expiation for his sins."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Accountability has been lifted from my Ummah for mistakes, forgetfulness and what they are forced to do."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"My Lord has promised me that seventy thousand of my Ummah will enter Paradise without reckoning and without punishment, and with every thousand another seventy thousand, and in addition to that, three handfuls from the handfuls of my Lord."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The guests of Allah are three: the one who fights in His cause, the one performing Hajj, and the one performing Umrah."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Let your beards grow and trim your moustaches."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Let your beards grow and cut your moustaches."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The time of the Zuhr prayer is when the sun has passed its zenith and a man's shadow is equal to his height, as long as the time of Asr has not come. The time of the Asr prayer is as long as the sun has not turned yellow. The time of the Maghrib prayer is as long as the twilight has not disappeared. The time of the Isha prayer is until the middle of the night. And the time of the Fajr prayer is from the breaking of dawn until the sun rises; so when the sun rises, refrain from praying, for it rises between the two horns of Satan."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"I was protected from your evil, and you were protected from its evil."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The eyes are what keep the private part closed, so whoever sleeps should perform ablution (wudu)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the Day of Resurrection, all the children of Adam will be under my banner, and I will be the first for whom the gate of Paradise is opened."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A man's children are part of his earnings, indeed the best of his earnings, so eat from their wealth."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The child born of fornication is the worst of the three."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Tonight a son has been born to me, and I have named him after my father Ibrahim."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"And why should any of you not do that? For there is no created soul except that Allah is its Creator."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"What have I to do with the world, and what have I to do with decorative designs?"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Do you consider martyrdom to be only for the one who is killed in the cause of Allah? If that were so, your martyrs would be very few! Being killed in the cause of Allah is martyrdom, dying of a disease of the belly is martyrdom, dying by burning is martyrdom, dying by drowning is martyrdom, dying by being crushed is martyrdom, dying of pleurisy is martyrdom, and the woman who dies while pregnant is also a martyr."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"How did you know that it is a ruqyah (something to recite over the sick)? You did the right thing. Divide it, and keep a share for me along with yourselves."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"What do you know? Perhaps Allah has looked at the people of Badr and said: 'Do whatever you wish, for I have forgiven you.'"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Has Aqil left us any house?"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Do camels give birth to anything other than camels?"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to Ammar! A rebellious group will kill him; he will be calling them to Paradise and they will be calling him to the Fire."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to you! The matter of emigration (hijrah) is very difficult. Do you have camels for which you pay the zakah? Then keep doing good deeds even from beyond the seas, for Allah will not let any of your deeds go to waste."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to you! Do not become disbelievers after me, striking one another's necks."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to the heels from the Fire!"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to the heels and the soles of the feet from the Fire!"

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Woe to the backs of the heels from the Fire!"
