«هذا ابن آدم وهذا أجله وثم أمله وثم أمله وثم أمله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the son of Adam (man), and this is his death, and there is his hope, and there is his hope, and there is his hope."

«هذا الأمل وهذا أجله فبينما هوكذلك إذ جاءه الخط الأقرب»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is hope, and this is his death; so while he is in this state, suddenly the nearest line comes to him."

«هذا الإنسان وهذا أجله محيط به وهذا الذي هوخارج أمله وهذه الخطوط الصغار الأعراض فإن أخطأ هذا نهشه هذا وإن أخطأ هذا نهشه هذا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is man, and this line surrounding him is his death, and this line that extends outside is his hope, and these small lines are afflictions; so if this one misses him, that one strikes him, and if that one misses him, this one strikes him."

«هذا القرع نكثر به طعامنا»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is gourd; we increase our food with it."

«هذا الذي تحرك له العرش وفتحت له أبواب السماء وشهده سبعون ألفا من الملائكة لقد ضم ضمة ثم فرج عنه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the one for whom the Throne shook, for whom the gates of the heavens were opened, and at whose funeral seventy thousand angels were present; he was squeezed once, then that tightness was removed from him."

«هذا الموقف وعرفة كلها موقف»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the place of standing, and the whole of Arafah is a place of standing."

«هذا الوضوء فمن زاد على هذا فقد أساء أو تعدى وظلم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the manner of ablution (wudu); so whoever does more than this has done wrong, or has transgressed and done injustice."

«هذا أوان يختلس العلم من الناس حتى لا يقدروا منه على شيء ثكلتك أمك يا زياد! إن كنت لأعدك من فقهاء أهل المدينة هذه التوراة والإنجيل عند اليهود والنصارى فماذا يغني عنهم؟!»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the time when knowledge will be snatched away from the people until they will not be able to obtain anything of it. O Ziyad! May your mother be bereaved of you! I used to count you among the jurists of the people of Madinah. These are the Torah and the Gospel with the Jews and the Christians, so of what benefit are they to them?!"

«هذا جبريل آخذ برأس فرسه عليه أداة الحرب»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is Jibril (peace be upon him), holding the reins of his horse, with the equipment of war upon him."

«هذا جبل يحبنا ونحبه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is a mountain that loves us and we love it."

«هذا حجر رمي به في النار منذ سبعين خريفا فلهو يهوي في النار الآن حين انتهى إلى قعرها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is a stone that was thrown into Hell seventy years ago, and it has been falling in Hell until now, when it has just reached its bottom."

«هذا خالي فليرني امرؤ خاله»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is my maternal uncle; let any man show me his maternal uncle."

«هذا شهر رمضان قد جاءكم تفتح به أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب النار وتسلسل فيه الشياطين»

"This month of Ramadan has come to you. In it the gates of Paradise are opened, in it the gates of Hell are closed, and in it the devils are chained."

«هذا قزح وهو الموقف وجمع كلها موقف ونحرت هاهنا ومنى كلها منحر فانحروا في رحالكم»

"This is Quzah, and this is the place of standing, and the whole of Muzdalifah is a place of standing. I have sacrificed here, and the whole of Mina is a place of sacrifice, so sacrifice at your own campsites."

«هذا قزح وهو الموقف جمع كلها موقف هذا المنحر ومنى كلها منحر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is Quzah, and this is the place of standing; the whole of Muzdalifah is a place of standing. This is the place of sacrifice, and the whole of Mina is a place of sacrifice."

«هذا ممن قضى نحبه» . - يعني طلحة -

"This one (Talhah) is among those who have fulfilled their vow."

«هذا مني - يعني الحسن - وحسين من علي»

"This one (Hasan) is from me, and Husayn is from Ali."

«هذا موضع الإزار فإن أبيت فأسفل فإن أبيت فلا حق للإزار فيما دسون الكعبين»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the place of the lower garment. If you wish to lower it further, then lower it further; and if you wish to lower it even beyond that, then know that the lower garment has no right below the ankles."

«هذا والذي نفسي بيده من النعيم الذي تسألون عنه: ظل بارد ورطب طيب وماء بارد»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By the One in whose Hand is my soul! This is among the blessings about which you will be questioned: cool shade, fresh good dates, and cool water."

«هذا يوم عاشوراء ولم يكتب الله عليكم صيامه وأنا صائم فمن شاء فليصم ومن شاء فليفطر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is the day of Ashura. Allah has not made its fast obligatory upon you, and I am fasting. So whoever wishes may fast, and whoever wishes may leave it."

«هذان ابناى وابنا بنتي اللهم إني أحبهما فأحبهما وأحب من يحبهما»

"These two are my sons and the sons of my daughter. O Allah, I love them both, so love them and love whoever loves them."

«هذان السمع والبصر» - يعني أبا بكر وعمر -
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"These two (Abu Bakr and Umar) are my hearing and sight."

«هذان سيدا كهول أهل الجنة من الأولين والآخرين إلا النبيين والمرسلين لا تخبرهما يا علي» - يعني أبا بكر وعمر -
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"These two (Abu Bakr and Umar) are the chiefs of the mature people of Paradise, from the first and the last, except for the Prophets and the Messengers. O Ali, do not tell them this."

«هذه النار جزء من مائة جزء من جهنم»

«هذه بتلك السبقة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is in return for that earlier race."

«هذه ثم ظهور الحصر» - قاله صلى الله عليه وسلم لأزواجه في حجة الوداع - ... [خ د] عن أبي واقد

«هذه صلاة البيوت» - يعني السبحة بعد المغرب -

"This is the prayer of the homes (that is, the voluntary prayer after Maghrib)."

«هذه طابة وهذا أحد وهو جبل يحبنا ونحبه»

"This is Tabah (Madinah) and this is Uhud; it is a mountain that loves us and we love it."

«هذه عرفة وهو الموقف وعرفة كلها موقف»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is Arafah, and this is the place of standing, and the whole plain of Arafah is a place of standing."

«هذه عمرة استمتعنا بها فمن لم يكن عنده الهدي فليحل الحل كله فإن العمرة قد دخلت في الحج إلى يوم القيامة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This is an Umrah by which we have performed tamattu'. So whoever does not have a sacrificial animal (hady) with him, let him come out of ihram completely, for Umrah has entered into Hajj until the Day of Resurrection."

«هذه وهذه سواء» - يعني الخنصر والإبهام -

"This and this (the little finger and the thumb) are equal."

«هاهنا أرض الفتن حيث يطلع قرن الشيطان»

"Here is the land of trials, from where the horn of Satan rises."

«هجاهم حسان فشفى واشتفى»

"Hassan satirised them, so he brought relief to the hearts (of the believers) and found relief himself."

«هجر المسلم أخاه كسفك دمه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A Muslim's cutting off his brother is like shedding his blood."

"Gifts given to officials are misappropriated property."
