«والله لا يؤمن والله لا يؤمن والله لا يؤمن الذي لا يأمن جاره بوائقه»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! The one whose neighbour is not safe from his harm."
