حدثنا أبو علي الحسين بن علي الحافظ، حدثنا أبو عبد الله الحسين بن موسى بن خلف الرَّسْعَني، حدثنا أبو فَرْوة يزيد بن محمد الرُّهَاوي، حدثنا أبي، عن أبيه، عن عطاء بن أبي رَبَاح، عن أبي سعيد الخُدْري، عن بلال قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: "يا بلالُ القَ الله فقيرًا ولا تَلْقَه غنيًّا" قال: قلت: وكيف لي بذلك يا رسولَ الله؟ قال: "إذا رُزِقتَ فلا تَخْبَأَ، وإذا سُئِلتَ فلا تَمنَع" قال: قلت: وكيف لي بذلك يا رسولَ الله؟ قال: "هو ذاكَ وإلَّا فالنارُ" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Bilal, meet Allah as a poor man, and do not meet Him as a rich man." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, how can I do that?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you are given provision, do not hide it away (by hoarding it), and when you are asked, do not refuse (to give)." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, how will I manage that?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That is the way, or else it is the Fire."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Hadith 8086

أخبرني دَعْلَج بن أحمد السِّجْزي ببغداد، حدثنا أحمد بن علي الآبَّار، حدثنا عبد الله بن أبي بكر المُقدَّمي، حدثنا جعفر بن سليمان، عن ثابت، عن أنس: أنَّ النبيَّ ﷺ دخلَ مكةَ وذَقَنُهُ على رَحْلِهِ مُتخشِّعًا (1)
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered Makkah (on the occasion of the Conquest), and out of utter humility his blessed chin (peace and blessings be upon him) was touching the saddle of his mount (peace and blessings be upon him).
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.

Hadith 8087

حدثنا جعفر بن محمد الخُلْدي، حدثنا الحسن بن علي القطَّان، حدثنا إسماعيل بن عيسى العطَّار، حدثنا إسحاق بن بشر، حدثنا سفيان الثَّوري، عن الأعمش، عن شَقِيق بن سَلَمة عن حُذيفة، عن النبيِّ ﷺ قال: "مَن أصبحَ والدُّنيا أكبرُ، همِّه، فليس من الله في شيءٍ ومَن لم يتَّقِ الله فليس من الله في شيءٍ، ومن لم يَهتمَّ للمسلمين عامّةً فليس منهم" (2)

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever begins his morning with the world as his greatest concern has no connection with Allah; whoever does not fear Allah also has no connection with Allah; and whoever does not care about the general affairs of the Muslims is not one of them."

Hadith 8088

حدثنا أبو العبّاس محمد بن يعقوب، حدثنا العبّاس بن محمد الدُّوري، حدثنا شَبَابة بن سَوَّار، حدثنا شُعبة، عن أبي إسرائيل، عن جَعْدة الجَشْمي قال: رأيتُ النبيَّ ﷺ يُشيرُ بيده إلى بطن رجلِ سَمينٍ ويقول: "لو كان هذا في غيرِ هذا كان خيرًا لك" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ja'dah al-Jushami (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointing with his blessed hand toward the belly of a fat man and saying: "If this (fat and flesh) were somewhere other than here (that is, spent in toil in the path of Allah), it would have been better for you."
This hadith has a sahih (authentic) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
