Mention of four defects that make a sacrificial animal unacceptable

It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said to him: "We dislike a defect in the horn and the ear." Al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Dislike for yourself whatever you wish, but do not make it unlawful for people." Al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Four (kinds of animals) are not acceptable as sacrifices: the one-eyed animal whose loss of an eye is evident, the animal with one of its legs broken whose break is evident, the sick animal whose sickness is evident, and the emaciated animal that has no marrow left in its bones."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Bara' bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said the same.
Al-Rabi' said: In my book, in both chains, it reads: "al-Awza'i narrated to us." The narration of Abu Salamah from al-Bara' bin Azib has a sahih (authentic) chain, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it. Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) recorded the hadith of al-Bara' through the narration of Sulayman bin Abd al-Rahman from Ubayd bin Fayruz, and it is among what was criticised against Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) due to the disagreement of the transmitters regarding it. The most authentic of them is the narration of Yahya bin Abi Kathir from Abu Salamah, provided it is free (of error) from Ayyub bin Suwayd.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "I have been commanded to celebrate the Day of Adha as an Eid, which Allah has appointed for this Ummah." The man said: (O Messenger of Allah!) If I have nothing except my son's maniha (a milch camel lent for its milk), or the goat of myself and my family, should I slaughter it? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No; rather (instead of that), trim your nails, cut your moustache and shave your pubic hair. That is your complete sacrifice with Allah, the Mighty and Majestic."
This hadith has an authentic chain (sahih al-isnad), but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
