حدثنا الشيخ أبو بكر أحمد بن إسحاق، أخبرنا أبو مُسلم، حدثنا أبو الوليد، حدثنا إسحاق بن سعيد، حدثنا أبي، حدثتني أم خالد بنت خالد، قالت: أُتي النبيُّ ﷺ بثيابٍ فيها خَمِيصةٌ سوداء صغيرة، فقال: "مَن تَرَون أكسُو هذه؟ " فسكتَ القومُ، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: "ائتُوني بأمِّ خالدٍ" قالت: فأُتِي بي فألبَسَنِيها بيده، وقال: "أَبْلِي وأخْلِفي (1) " يقولها مرتين، وجعل ينظُر إلى عَلَمٍ في الخَمِيصة أصفرَ وأحمرَ، ويقول: "يا أمَّ خالدٍ، هذا سَنَا" (1). والسَّنا بلِسان الحَبَشة: الحَسَن.
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه!

It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Khalid bint Khalid (may Allah be pleased with her) that some garments were brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), among which was a small black khamisah (an embroidered wrap). He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whom do you think I should clothe with this wrap?" The people remained silent. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Bring Umm Khalid to me." She said: I was brought, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) dressed me in it with his own blessed hands and said: 'Abli wa akhlifi' "Wear it out, and then may Allah grant you a replacement for it (that is, may you live long)." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said this twice. And he (peace and blessings be upon him) began looking at the yellow and red design on the khamisah and saying: "O Umm Khalid, this is sana." And sana in the Abyssinian language means beautiful.
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), and they did not record it.

حدثني علي بن حَمْشاذَ العَدْل، حدثنا هشام بن علي ومحمد بن أيوب، قالا: حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا حماد بن سَلَمة، عن ثابت، عن أنس: أنَّ المهاجرين قالوا للنبي ﷺ: ذهبَ الأنصارُ بالأجرِ كُلِّه، قال: "لا، ما دعَوتُمُ اللهَ لهم وأَثنَيتُم" (2).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Muhajirun said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): The Ansar have taken away all the reward. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, as long as you keep praying to Allah for them and praising them."

حدثنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الشَّيباني، حدثنا محمد بن عبد الوهاب العَبْدي. وحدثنا أبو بكر محمد بن أحمد بن بالَوَيهِ، حدثنا إسحاق بن الحسن بن ميمون الحَرْبي؛ قالا: حدثنا سُريج بن النعمان الجَوهري، حدثنا أبو عَوَانة، عن الأعمش، عن مجاهد، عن ابن عمر، أنَّ النبي ﷺ قال: "من سألكُم بالله فأَعْطُوه، ومَن استعاذكُم باللهِ فأعيذُوه، ومَن آتى إليكُم معروفًا فكافِئوه، فإن لم تَجِدُوا فادعُوا له حتى تعلَمُوا أنكم كافأْتُموهُ، ومن استجارَكُم باللهِ فأجِيرُوه" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه، للخلاف الذي بين أصحاب الأعمش فيه (2).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever asks you by Allah, give to him; whoever seeks refuge with Allah, grant him refuge; whoever does you a kindness, repay him; and if you find nothing (with which to repay him), then pray for him (so much) that you are sure you have repaid him; and whoever asks you for protection in the name of Allah, grant him protection."
The chain of this hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it, because there is a disagreement among the students of Imam al-A'mash in narrating it.
