Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Good conduct, good demeanour and moderation are one part of the forty-seven parts of prophethood." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Abu Dawud recorded it from this Companion with the words: "one of the twenty-five parts of prophethood."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Uthman bin Fa'id, who is da'if (weak).

It is reported from the same Companion that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Good demeanour and good conduct are one part of the seventy parts of prophethood."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Qabus bin Abi Zabyan, who is thiqah (trustworthy), and in whom there is weakness. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.

Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Wahhab bin al-Dahhak, who is matruk (abandoned).
