Majma al-Zawaid 13119 — Reports on demeanour and conduct
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا رَضِيَ هَدْيَ الرَّجُلِ وَعَمَلَهُ فَهُوَ مِثْلُهُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ وَفِيهِ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man is pleased with the ways and deeds of another man, he will be counted like him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Abd al-Wahhab bin al-Dahhak, who is matruk (abandoned).
