Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Aswad (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with the delegation of the Sadus tribe. We presented dates (tamr) to him; we placed them on a leather mat and offered them to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) took a handful of the dates. Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "What kind are these?" or "What are these?" So we began naming them until we mentioned a variety of date and said: "This is the Judhami." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "May Allah Almighty bless the Judhami, and bless the orchard from which it came" (here, one narration reports a different word for orchard).
Imam al-Bazzar recorded it, and Imam al-Tabarani recorded something similar. It contains a group of narrators whom al-Ala'i did not know, and I do not know them either.

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The delegation of the Abd al-Qays tribe came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). They were sitting with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Meanwhile, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned towards them and said to them: There is a kind of date that you call such-and-such, and a kind of date that you call such-and-such, until the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had counted all the kinds of their dates. A man among those present said to him: "O Messenger of Allah! May my father and mother be sacrificed for you! Although I was born in the heart of the region of Hajar, I do not, even now, know more than you about these kinds of dates. I bear witness that you are the Messenger of Allah." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When you came and sat with me, your land was presented before me, and I looked at it from its nearest part to its farthest. The best of your dates is the Barni, which drives away disease and has no disease in it."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Ubayd bin Waqid al-Qaysi, and he is da'if (weak).
