وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ مَالِكٌ: " الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ الَّذِي أُمِرَ الْمُحْرِمُ بِقَتْلِهِ، إِنَّ كُلَّ مَا عَقَرَ النَّاسَ وَعَدَا عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَخَافَهُمْ مِثْلَ الْأَسَدِ وَالنَّمِرِ وَالْفَهْدِ وَالذِّئْبِ فَهُوَ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ".
Ibn Bukayr said: Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The biting dog which the person in ihram has been ordered to kill is everything that bites people, attacks them and frightens them, such as the lion, the tiger, the leopard and the wolf; that is the biting dog.
