«نهى عن المخابرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade mukhabarah (giving land for cultivation in return for a share of its produce).
«نهى عن المزابنة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade muzabanah (selling fresh dates for dried dates by estimation).
«نهى عن المزابنة والمحاقلة»

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling grain onwards until it has been measured twice, so that any excess goes to its owner and any shortfall is borne by him too.

«نهى عن بيع المضامين والملاقح وحبل الحبلة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade transactions in madamin (the young in the wombs of female animals), malaqih (the progeny of male animals) and habal al-habalah (until the birth of the offspring of the young in a she-camel's womb).

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the fruit of date-palms until it changes colour, and he forbade selling ears of grain until they turn white and are safe from blight.
«نهى عن بيع الولاء وعن هبته»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling wala' (the right of inheritance from a freed slave) and giving it away as a gift.
