«نهى عن بيع النخل حتى يزهو وعن السنبل حتى يبيض ويأمن العاهة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the fruit of date-palms until it changes colour, and he forbade selling ears of grain until they turn white and are safe from blight.
