Hadith Beginning with the Letter Dal (د)

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The blood money of a disbeliever is half the blood money of a believer."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar that you spend in the path of Allah, a dinar that you spend on freeing a slave, a dinar that you give in charity to a poor person, and a dinar that you spend on your family: the greatest of them in reward is the one you spend on your family."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The one who guides to good is like the one who does it."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Dajjal is blind in the left eye and has thick hair. With him will be a Paradise and a Hell; his Hell will (in reality) be Paradise, and his Paradise will (in reality) be Hell."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Dajjal's eye is green."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Dajjal's eye is wiped out (effaced). Between his eyes is written 'Kafir' (disbeliever), which every Muslim will read."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Dajjal will have no children, and he will not be able to enter Madinah or Makkah."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Dajjal will emerge from a land in the east called Khurasan. He will be followed by peoples whose faces are like layered (hammered) shields."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Supplication made between the adhan and the iqamah is answered, so make supplication."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Supplication is answered between the adhan and the iqamah."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Supplication is worship itself."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Supplication between the adhan and the iqamah is not rejected."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Supplication benefits against the affliction that has already descended and against that which has not yet descended. So, O servants of Allah, hold fast to supplication."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This world is sweet and green (attractive). Whoever takes it by its right will be blessed in it. And many a person who plunges into whatever his desires crave will have nothing on the Day of Resurrection except the Fire."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This world is green and sweet."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The whole of this world is provision (something to be enjoyed), and the best provision of this world is a righteous woman."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"This world is cursed, and whatever is in it is cursed, except the remembrance of Allah and what is connected to it, and except a scholar or a student."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Medicine is also part of the divine decree, and it benefits by the permission of Allah Almighty."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Medicine is also part of the divine decree, and it benefits whomever Allah wills with whatever He wills."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The religion is sincere goodwill (nasihah)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Debt is of two kinds: whoever dies intending to repay it, I am his guardian (guarantor); and whoever dies not intending to repay it, that is the one from whose good deeds it will be taken (on the Day of Resurrection), for on that day there will be neither dinar nor dirham."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Debt comes before the bequest, and there is no bequest for an heir."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The religion is easy, and whoever makes the religion hard for himself, the religion will overpower him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar for a dinar, a dirham for a dirham, a sa' of wheat for a sa' of wheat, a sa' of barley for a sa' of barley, and a sa' of salt for a sa' of salt; there is to be no excess in any of these."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar for a dinar, with no excess between them, and a dirham for a dirham, with no excess between them either."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar for a dinar, with no excess between them, and a dirham for a dirham, with no excess between them either. So whoever needs silver, let him exchange gold for it, and whoever needs gold, let him exchange silver for it, and the exchange must be hand to hand (on the spot)."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A dinar is a hoarded treasure, a dirham is a hoarded treasure, and a qirat is a hoarded treasure."
