Hadith Beginning with the Letter Ta (ت)

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Ammar will be killed by the rebellious group."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Come forward and follow me, and let those who come after you follow you. People will keep holding back until Allah holds them back."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The hand is to be cut off for theft of the value of a shield."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The thief's hand is to be cut off for theft of a quarter of a dinar or more."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On Friday the angels sit at the doors of the mosques and record the first, the second and the third to arrive, until, when the imam comes out, the registers are rolled up."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The Hour will be established while the Romans are the most numerous of people."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Allah Almighty has guaranteed, for the one who strives in His path, whom nothing brings out of his home except striving in Allah's path and affirming the truth of His words, that He will admit him into Paradise, or return him, with the reward and spoils he has gained, to the very home from which he set out."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The expiation for every quarrel is two rak'ahs of prayer."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There will be camels that are the devils' share and houses that are the devils' share."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"On the Day of Resurrection the earth will be like a single loaf of bread, which the Compeller (Allah Almighty) will turn over with His Hand just as one of you turns over his bread on a journey; it will be a feast of hospitality for the people of Paradise."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Souls will be in the form of birds clinging to the trees, until, when the Day of Resurrection comes, every soul will enter its body."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There will be rulers who will say whatever they wish and no one will answer them back; they will fall headlong into the Fire, one after another."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There will be a truce between you and Banu al-Asfar (the Romans), then they will betray you and march against you under eighty banners, with twelve thousand soldiers under every banner."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Before the Hour there will be days in which knowledge will be taken away, ignorance will descend and harj will increase; and harj means killing."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Before the Hour there will be trials like pieces of a dark night. A man will be a believer in the morning and a disbeliever by evening, and a believer in the evening and a disbeliever by morning. People will sell their religion for a little of the goods of this world."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There will be callers at the gates of Hell; whoever answers their call, they will throw him into it. They will be people of our own kind, speaking our own language. So hold fast to the community of the Muslims and their imam, and if there is neither a community nor an imam, then keep away from all those factions, even if you have to bite on the root of a tree until death overtakes you while you are in that state."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There will be a truce, but with rancour in hearts that will not return to what they were. Then there will arise callers to misguidance. If on that day you find Allah's caliph on the earth, then hold fast to him, even if he wears your body out and takes your wealth; and if you do not find him, then set out into the land, even if you die while biting on the stump of a tree."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The earth will cast out the treasures within it like pillars of gold and silver. The killer will come and say: 'It was for this that I killed.' The one who severed ties of kinship will come and say: 'It was for this that I severed my ties of kinship.' The thief will come and say: 'It was for this that my hand was cut off.' Then they will all leave it and will not take anything from it."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"At a time of division among the Muslims, a rebellious group will break away, and whichever of the two groups is closer to the truth will fight them."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Purify yourselves with the earth, for it is kind and gracious towards you."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Rinse your mouths and draw water into your noses, and the two ears are part of the head."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"My eyes sleep, but my heart does not sleep."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Help descends from the sky in proportion to the expense, and patience descends in proportion to the calamity."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Guard yourselves against urine, for most of the punishment of the grave is because of it."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A woman is married for four reasons: for her wealth, for her lineage, for her beauty, and for her religion. So win the one who is religious, may your hands be covered in dust."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Give gifts to one another, and you will come to love one another."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Repent to Allah Almighty, for I repent to Him a hundred times every day."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Perform ablution after eating camel meat, and do not perform ablution after eating the meat of sheep and goats. Pray in the pens of sheep and goats, and do not pray in the resting places of camels."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Perform ablution after eating whatever has been touched by fire."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The one who repents from sin is like one who has committed no sin at all."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Being calm and deliberate is good in every matter except in the deeds of the Hereafter."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Calmness and deliberation, moderation, and good conduct are one part of the twenty-four parts of prophethood."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Calmness and patience are from Allah, and haste is from Satan."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Yawning in prayer is from Satan. So when one of you yawns, let him suppress it as much as he can."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Yawning is from Satan. So when one of you yawns, let him suppress it as much as he can, for when one of you says 'Ha' while yawning, Satan laughs at him."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Speaking of the blessing of Allah is gratitude, and concealing it is ingratitude. Whoever is not grateful for a little is not grateful for much, and whoever does not thank people does not thank Allah. Unity is a blessing, and division is a punishment."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Saying Subhan Allah is for men, and clapping is for women."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Spitting in the mosque is a sin, and its expiation is to cover it up."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"In the Eid al-Fitr prayer, the takbirs are seven in the first rak'ah and five in the second, and the recitation is to be done after the takbirs in both rak'ahs."

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Talbinah (barley porridge) brings refreshment to the heart of the sick person and removes some of his grief."
