أخبرنا أبو النَّضر الفقيه، حدَّثنا عثمان بن سعيد الدَّارِمي، حدَّثنا سعيد بن عُفير وعبد الله بن صالح المصريان، قالا: حدَّثنا الليث بن سعد، عن أبي الزُّبير، عن جابر: أنَّ أعرابيًّا جاء إلى النبي ﷺ فقال: يا رسول الله، إني حَلَمتُ أَنَّ رأسي قُطِعَ فأنا أَتبَعُه، فزَجَرَه النبيُّ ﷺ وقال: "لا تُخبِرُ بتَلعُّب الشيطانِ بك في المَنام" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه!

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, I dreamt that my head was cut off and I was following it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) rebuked him and said: "Do not tell (others) about the games Satan plays with you in your sleep."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it!

Hadith 8382

أخبرنا أبو النضر الفقيه، حدَّثنا عثمان بن سعيد الدارمي، حدَّثنا سعيد بن عُفير وعبد الله بن صالح، قالا: حدَّثنا الليث بن سعد، عن أبي الزُّبير، عن جابر، عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه قال: "إذا رأى أحدُكم الرؤيا يَكْرَهُها، فليَبصُقْ عن يَسَاره وليتحوَّلْ عن جَنْبه الذي كان عليه" (1).
هذا حديث صحيح على شرط مسلم، ولم يُخرجاه!

Hadith 8383

حدَّثنا أبو الحسن أحمد بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن مِهْران، حدَّثنا أبي، حدَّثنا عمرٌو بن سَوَّاد السَّرْحيُّ، حدَّثنا عبد الله بن وهب، أخبرني عمرو بن الحارث، أن أبا السَّمح حدثه عن أبي الهيثم، عن أبي سعيد الخُدْري، أن النبي ﷺ قال: "أصدقُ الرُّؤيا بالأسحار" (2).
هذا حديث صحيح الإسناد، ولم يُخرجاه.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most truthful dream is the one seen at the time of sahar (before dawn)."
This hadith has an authentic (sahih) chain of narration, but the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim) did not record it.
