حدَّثنا أبو بكر بن إسحاق، أخبرنا علي بن الحسن بن بَيَان المُقرئ، حدَّثنا عبد الله بن رَجَاء، حدَّثنا حَرْب بن شدَّاد، عن يحيى بن أبي كثير، عن أبي سَلَمة قال: نُبِّئتُ عن عُبادة بن الصَّامت قال: سألتُ رسول الله ﷺ عن قوله ﷿: ﴿لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا﴾ [يونس: 64] قال: "هي الرُّؤْيا الصَّالحةُ يَرَاها المؤمنُ أو تُرَى له" (1). هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين، ولم يُخرجاه. وشاهدُه حديث أبي الدرداء الذي: [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] ترقيم العلميه 8179 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "For them are glad tidings in the life of this world" [Surah Yunus: 64], that he said: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about it, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It refers to the righteous dream which a believer sees himself or which is shown (to someone else) for him."
This hadith is sahih (authentic) on the condition of the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim), but they did not record it.

حدَّثَناه علي بن عيسى الحِيري، حدَّثنا إبراهيم بن أبي طالب، حدَّثنا ابن أبي عُمر، حدَّثنا سفيان، عن عبد العزيز بن رُفيع، عن أبي صالح السَّمَّان، عن عطاء بن يَسار، قال: سألتُ أبا الدرداء عن قول الله ﷿: ﴿لَهُمُ الْبُشْرَى فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا﴾، فقال: ما سألني عنها أحدٌ غيرُك منذ سألتُ رسول الله ﷺ عنها، سألتُ رسولَ الله ﷺ عنها فقال: "ما سألَني عنها أحدٌ غيرُك مُنذُ أنزلَت، هي الرُّؤيا الصالحةُ يَراها المسلم، أو تُرَى له" (2).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu al-Darda (may Allah be pleased with him), concerning the saying of Allah Almighty: "For them are glad tidings in the life of this world," that he said: Since I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about it, no one other than you has asked me about it. I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about it and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Since this verse was revealed, no one other than you has asked me about it. It refers to the righteous dream which a Muslim sees himself or which is shown for him."

أخبرني أبو العباس محمد بن أحمد المحبوبيُّ، حدَّثنا أبو عيسى محمد بن عيسى، حدَّثنا قُتيبة بن سعيد، حدَّثنا بكر بن مُضَر، عن ابن الهاد، عن عبد الله بن خَبَّاب، عن أبي سعيدٍ الخُدْري، أنه سمع رسول الله ﷺ يقول: "إذا رأى أحدُكم الرُّؤيا يحبُّها فإنما هي من الله، فليَحمَدِ الله عليها وليُحدِّثْ بما رأى، وإذا رأى غيرَ ذلك مما يَكرَه فإنما هي من الشيطان، فليَستعِذْ بالله من شَرِّها ولا يَذْكُرْها لأحد، فإنها لا تَضرُّه" (1). هذا حديث صحيح على شرط الشيخين ولم يُخرجاه! It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "When one of you sees a dream that he likes, it is from Allah, so he should praise Allah for it and tell others about it. And when he sees something else that he dislikes, it is from Satan, so he should seek refuge with Allah from its evil and not mention it to anyone, for then it will not harm him."
