When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey, the last person he parted from was Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her)

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the night I was taken on the Night Journey, Jibril (peace be upon him) brought me a quince from Paradise, and I ate it. Then Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) conceived Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). So whenever I long for the fragrance of Paradise, I smell the neck of Fatimah."
This hadith is gharib (singular) in both its chain and its text; its narrator Shihab bin Harb is unknown (majhul), while the rest of its narrators are trustworthy (thiqah).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out on a journey, the last person (of his family) he would meet and take leave of was Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), and whenever he returned from a journey, the first person he would go to was also Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her).

A narration like the previous hadith is reported from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), except that it contains this addition: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her (Sayyidah Fatimah, may Allah be pleased with her): "May my father and mother be ransomed for you."
All the narrators of this hadith, except Ibrahim Qu'ays, are narrators of the "Sahih" (Bukhari and Muslim).
